The place was beautiful.I love that it wasn't like overly filled with fragrances, but it also smell clean, but it didn't smell like chemicals. It just smell neutral, which was awesome, and it gave the sense a very minimalistic, which was very clean, and I absolutely loved it. I'll try the only thing that I thought sucked was that I was trying to Message her but the app would not send any of my text messages, which kind of sucked it made communicating hard.But that is of no fault of hers. She did send me messages, but for whatever reason my messages weren't getting to her. So my questions did go unanswered, but once again, absolutely not her fault, they would not send to her, and I do truly believe that she would have been very communicative during the whole entire thing. Everything was well cleaned. everything was put in its place and her instructions were very clear.

We stayed the weekend with family and the place was great and private. The hottub was great relaxing and fire pit Plus the games outside are great for kids. The house was very clean inside nice and quiet neighborhood.can’t wait to be back!!!

The home is conveniently located to both Sanders Beach and Downtown. We walked to both from the home (it’s probably 5 minutes to the beach and 15 to downtown). The house is well stocked and has plenty of activities to keep you and your kids busy. Andrea was highly responsive and accommodating. Will definitely return.

House is adorable and clean. Exactly as described. Upstairs bedroom was a smidge hot but it was unusually warm for the area during our stay. The house is perfectly located close to the main downtown entertainment. Easily walked to or take an uber for next to nothing. Andee was very sweet, helpful and responsive. We will absolutely be recommending her and her home to family and friends visiting the area.

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood setting close to everything. For a more low-key beach experience, Sander's Beach on both ends of E. Lakeshore drive is 2 minutes away with ample street parking. Boardwalk Public Beach, the Marina area with boat rentals, lake cruise options, etc., is 5 minutes away. Walk Sherman Dr. for quaint little eateries and coffee places. We had our son's family with grandkids from Oregon so the house offered much in the way of kid entertainment as well as comfortable amenities for the adults. Great location and a very good rental property for a small group, with, or without children.

These hosts were incredible! Super responsive and extremely kind! The fridge quit working right before we moved in, I reached out to let them know and within the hour they showed up with a brand new fridge and offered to cover the costs of the food we had to toss! The home is .5 miles from downtown, in a beautiful area! The only problem we had was that we had to leave, highly recommend 😃

We had a great stay at Andrea's home in CDA. Pre-check in communication was friendly, efficient and proactive. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. No surprises! We loved the layout of the bedrooms, the comfortable den and, of course, the hot tub. Also great was that the house was about a 10-15 minute walk from all of the activities in downtown CDA. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

We loved staying at this home! The location was amazing with only a 4 block walk to Lake Coeur d’Alene and a quick 5 min drive to Downton CDA. The backyard was so fun with ping pong and a hot tub as well as bikes for us to use. The house is cozy and fit our family of 6 surprisingly well with enough beds for us all and no one sleeping on a couch. Loved our time here.

We had such a wonderful stay here with our 3 kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for all of our meals. We found a great butcher shop in Post Falls and grilled one night too. We highly recommend. The beds were comfortable. There was even a fan in the main bedroom for white noise and a breeze. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was very clean. There were plenty of things to do to keep our kids occupied from board games to fusball to ping pong- the kids were always having a blast! Of course we loved the hot tub and reading by the fire! We walked to breakfast and down to the lake for a hike. We had the best time and will definitely be returning.

Also, Safeway and other shopping are well within easy walking distance which was very handy.  There are also several nearby restaurants making it quite convenient.
